I am a London based, freelance food stylist, recipe writer, tester, contributing editor, home economist and chef. I have a genuine passion for cooking and believe food should be fresh, seasonal, nutritious and an all round joy to eat.
With almost 10 years of experience in the food industry, I have built up an extensive client list in editorial and advertising campaigns. Following an exhilarating few years working internationally as a chef (both privately and in high-end events) and as a menu consultant, I now work in food media, writing and editing vibrant, well tested recipes and food styling editorial and commercial photo and video shoots for various magazines, cookery books and businesses.
