I am a London based, freelance food stylist, recipe writer, tester, contributing editor, home economist and chef. I have a genuine passion for cooking and believe food should be fresh, seasonal, nutritious and an all round joy to eat.
With over 7 years of experience working in the food industry, I have built up an extensive corporate and private client list. After a successful and exciting few years working internationally as a head chef (both privately and in high-end events) and as a menu consultant, I now predominantly work in food media, writing and editing vibrant, well tested recipes and food styling editorial and commercial photo and video shoots for various magazines, cookery books and businesses. I am available for work in both the U.K. and abroad.
